As standard, the above Conference Fees include the Welcome & Cultural Parties, Buffet Lunches, Morning & Afternoon Tea/Coffee Breaks, Wi-Fi and all conference related expenses. Cancellations are 100% refundable up until the opening of the Meeting Scheduler on Jan 15, 2026. Only substitutions will be allowed after Jan 16, 2026 as cancellations will inconvenience other delegates. Spouse/Partners are welcome to attend the Welcome Party, Coffee/Tea Breaks, Lunches but are NOT allowed to attend the One-on-One Meetings.
